Senior Hire Controller / Assistant Manager - Coventry
About The Role
Due to continued expansion, A1 Loo Hire is seeking an experienced hire controller/ assistant manager to work alongside a small team of admin staff at our New Arley, West Midlands depot. This position forms a key role in a rapidly growing and expanding company providing portable welfare equipment to the event and construction industry.
We are looking for a candidate that is customer service focused, organised and motivated in the office environment with good IT skills.
Previous experience in the Hire Industry for this role is preferred.
- Talking with customers to take new orders
- Dealing with customer queries
- Raising contracts and organizing and maintaining the work planner
- Dealing with driver enquiries.
Starting from £10 per hour and negotiable dependant on experience and agreed hours of work.
